

Aji was one of the first team members of Brand Finance India in 2005 and has worked on various Brand Valuation projects for companies such as Tata, Godrej Group, Raymonds, Lafarge, Essar, L&T, Amalgamation, UB Group, Sakal Media Group and many more in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
He is a founding partner of a consulting firm Grassroots which works on stakeholder due diligence and has worked with Capital Markets, Financial Services, NBFCs, Engineering Services, Core Manufacturing, F&B sectors.
Prior to his consulting career, Aji has about 10 years of corporate experience with Rasna & Philips India. He learnt the dynamics of FMCG & Durables market places during this period.
He enjoys working with charitable trusts and initiatives of the Bishop House of Bombay. He is also a visiting lecturer in Sales and Marketing subjects at institutes such as Sydenham – Mumbai and IMDR – Pune.
