Thomas Reju is the Country Digital Manager for IKEA India. He comes with more than 20 years of experience in Information Technology and Digital strategy. He has vast experience of working in different sectors like Automotive, Retail, Financial Services, and Real Estate. Throughout his professional journey he has been in management positions leading digital innovations and global operations.
Thomas has been with IKEA in India for the past 4 years. He has been instrumental in setting up the IT function, establishing key business partners for IKEA India and opening our first Store and Country Customer Support Center.
In his current role, Thomas is leading Digital transformation, and responsible for Digital portfolio and deployments, Operations, information security, Data privacy, Data management and Digital products to enhance and improve customer and co-worker experience. His top priorities are to establish the IKEA brand as a modern retailer in India enabling the brand positioning and growth. Thomas has a strong passion for developing people and business together.
