I am thrilled to share my experience as an attendee at PRC held at Jio Convention Center - Mumbai on 8th and 9th May. The event was a resounding success leaving a lasting impression on everyone who participated. The magnitude, the attention to detail made it seem like every aspect was meticulously planned. PRC 2023 has managed to surpass themselves this year! The show was bigger, grander and brought in more people together from the industry. I found great relevance in achieving my objectives of networking, exchanging ideas, and learning from peers. I’m happy to see PRC driving India into the realm of international scale events!
PRC 2023 was grander and bigger. I had the opportunity to meet all sides of the retail business — mall operators, enablers and brands. A highlight for me was the insights given by mall operators on the economics of their side and how they are looking for new malls to be a family destination beyond just shopping or food or cinema.
I want to thank Phygital Retail Convention for bringing together the best minds in retail to stir this discussion. Both days were insightful, and being a fan of all IMAGES events, attending them has always been a pleasure. One of my greatest highlights has always been that the customer is king, and their experience can be enhanced multifold using digital automation.
I am thrilled to have had the opportunity to showcase Pacific Group's retail prowess among the industry's finest at the revolutionary Phygital Retail Convention 2023. Being part of this exceptional event, which brought together global retailers, brand owners, and visionaries, has been truly inspiring. The convention unveiled game-changing insights and discussions that are set to redefine the retail landscape. I am grateful for the invaluable platform it provided for networking, knowledge exchange, and collaboration, fuelling a culture of innovation and exponential growth. The impact of the convention has reaffirmed that our industry is undergoing an extraordinary metamorphosis.
I see the spread this year to be much better than last year and last year was good to begin with. A CTO will derive value if one sees one’s peers, because it offers an opportunity to network, to share notes and to reflect, If there’s a relevant partner ecosystem out here. Be it from a business development point of view or from a tech intervention point of view, I think the whole spread is out there. And you guys have done a great job on all fronts.
